Barcarena is a Brazilian municipality in the state of Pará. Since 2013, the Barcarena City Hall lines up his government planning with international development agendas: the MDG (from 2013 to 2015) and the SDG (from 2016). VVSG is the Association of Flemish Cities and Municipalities and is the representative structure of all 308 local governments in Flanders, Belgium.
